    Sorbate & K Meta

    I rarely use sorbate and when I do use it, I do not add K Meta with it. My reasoning is that my sulfite ppm's are already correct. Am I wrong?

    Aldehyde?

    A friend and amateur wine judge said that aldehyde had an effect on wine taste. He said that it is one of the gases that escape when you decant before drinking. Does anyone know anything about aldehyde? It sounds like something that we may want to eliminate from our wines. :B

    So 2 weeks ago the doc said that the pain in my elbow was tennis elbow. He sent me to a specialist who promptly hit me with a cordisone shot.     Vacuum Pump Free

    Check the pics, It is old, it is dirty, it is very heavy, it pulls at least 25", and it is free. It generates a little smoke which someone said is the result of too much oil. The oil level is high. All you have to do is pick it up in Bellmawr, NJ. PM me. :b

    I can't believe that we are not discussing the Chilean that we all picked up in the last couple of days. I have 3 buckets, 2 Chianti and one Malbec. All aprox. 1.90 SG (21.5 Brix) pH 3.60. Should be fine wine. It even smells great.
