Can someone tell me the difference between wine, sherry and brandy? I've read and were told several things and I'm a little confused. What is the alcohol content of each? Is there an easy way to make Sherry and Brandy?
Hi everyone. I live in Southwest GA and am very new to wine making. Working on my first batch of peach. My second batch is White Muscadine and I just bottled it. Never tried anything like this before. Glad the forum is here. I'm gonna need some help!:D
How much alcohol is too much? I am a very green newbie at making wine. My first batch of peach wine isn't quite done and has an alcohol content of about 23%! I've made a delicious Muscadine that is 16%. Is there a guideline that is considered too high?
