Topping off my Gallons of wine with Welches sparkling Juice

Yeah not much dilution at all in the 1gal. I also make the wine in a 2gallon bucket so i have extra to top off, I just like giving it a little more of a flavor change. But even after racking I do not add my potassium sorbate until i get the flavor that i want so it still ferments out, just...

    Orange

I have also read a few places that if you use bread yeast when making small amounts gallon or 2qts that it will not be as dry and will retain most of the fruit flavor compared to the wine yeast. I have tried two 1 gal batches of peach, 1 with Red Starwine yeast and the other with Fleischmanns...

    Isinglass or Bentonite or...?

I bought some bentonite to use on my wine, mixed some up and that crap was like cement..i decided to go against the clearing agents and just let the clarity happen on its own and it will. The wine was nice and clear by the time i got to drinking it and the mead is still sitting and getting more...
