    Starting a newbie batch

    Okay so I pulled grapes out of the freezer and let them thaw at room temperature for almost 24 hours. Mashed them to extract juice etc and set aside.     Which yeast?

    I looking at 71B-1122 and RC-212. I’m thinking of combining blackberry with concord grape. I ‘might’ throw in elderberries still debating. Thoughts on either of those yeast packets?
