    #11. 3G Dragons Blood.

The minute the other half comes back, show them the broken granite and ask them what the f*@k happened here! When they deny all knowledge just say... "it's not important, at least you weren't hurt, don't worry, I will fix it asap." They will never suspect anything. Unless they know your password...

Orange Wine (from 880g tin of Seville oranges for making marmalade)

Yeah I got a hydrometer with my equipment which has just recently arrived. I have taken Dave's advice and ordered PH strips before I start. Seville oranges are bitter so I will need plenty sugar. As for the Jon Snow reference, Yours is interesting, I hadn't heard of him before. But i was aiming...

Orange Wine (from 880g tin of Seville oranges for making marmalade)

Orange Wine (from 880g tin of Seville oranges for making marmalade)

Yeah I have been having a look through that Jack Keller resource, some interesting recipes there. My equipment has landed, YAAY! Just ordered PH strips (thanks for the tip) and deacidifier (just in case) So I should be able to start brewing before the weekend. Will keep you posted.

Hi all, I am just getting into winemaking (after 35yr hiatus) so basically I know nothing John Snow! When travelling in Spain a few years ago, (pre zombie virus lockdown), I came across a nice sweet orange wine in Seville (which my son loves). So when I said I was starting winemaking again he...

    Greetings from Ireland

Hi, I will have an abundance of raspberries, blackberries, gooseberries, apples, sloes, gorse flowers, and hopefully elderberries. Next year I should also have plenty red/blackcurrants, blueberries, rhubarb and strawberries. And I have also started a herb garden to add to the mix. That should be...

Thanks David, I am having a good read through the forums and find them really interesting. Lots of advice and recipes available. I have a couple of books (First Steps in Winemaking by CJJ Berry, and Progressive Winemaking by Peter Duncan & Bryan Acton), and have found a couple of recipes in the...

    Greetings from Ireland

Hi everyone, greetings from the emerald Isle. I tried my hand at brewing about 35 yrs ago, but work commitments and travelling put an end to that. Now I have plenty of free time, I am excited to get back into winemaking again. I intend to grow, forage or borrow as many ingredients as possible to...
