I have just made 20 ltrs of Solomon Grundy Sav Blanc, the final SG is .992 it tastes a little tangy possibly a bit tart has anyone made this white wine, does it age, I have degassed, any help will be appreciated.
Just made a 6 bottle kit, followed the instructions but wine is a bit sweet, how can i remedy this , will time alter taste or is there something i have done wrong.
