Mainly because wife wants to drink some.

Planning to bottle this weekend. I fermented to dry, but it has enough fruitiness and acidity that my wife liked it from the first sip, and she greatly prefers sweeter wines.

Sure am glad we replaced our deck a year ago.

I have a pail of riesling juice from WGD. It is about 45-48 F now, at 8:25pm. Is that too cool to pitch? I really don't want to wait until morning, getting ready for work and all that. But I don't want to be up until midnight either... Edit to say never mind, by time i stirred it up and poured...

I drive a 2013 F150 4x4 that I got 2 years ago. Last one lasted me 15 years. We just traded wife's 2015 Outback for a 2018 Forester. Great improvement in comfort and room. Too many issues with the outback, zero issues with our first Forester, a 2009.

I'm going to rack my nebbiolo this weekend. After EM of 5 weeks (6 from pitching yeast), will the skins be worth freezing for anything else (mead?), or just feed 'em to the chickens, guineas and peafowl?
