    50 lbs of Scuppernong dropped in my lap last night..

    Too much sorbate!

    I made an awesome blueberry wine, perfectly fine...got distracted when measuring my sorbate (gotta love being a parent, no?) The end result is definitely a bubblegum aftertaste. Any suggestions, other than killing the kid?:(
