Okay I just racked off of the lees thrown by Super Kleer. Not a lot there but I suppose it did its job. Next issue... what do I do about the haze? I shone a light through the wine near the neck of the carboy. I definitely see the beam. What is a next step I could try to clear this? Pectic...

How long do you let this stuff go to work?
I remember my kits acted a little different. I noticed a large mass of "gunk" formed at the top of the carboy and this settled to the bottom.

My one Cab has been stuck at 1.001 for a week. I've added Energizer and Nutrient and stirred about a week ago. Temp has been 72-74. It was racked to a secondary two weeks ago. Any suggestions? Should I just sorbate, sulfite and clear?
Does anybody have experience with Regina ( reginagrapejuice.com ) juice? Contacted them about the amount of sulfite in their buckets. They said 125 ppm. Does that sound high? Too high for MLF?

Hi all! It's been a while.
Okay it has been 11 months from the start of my WE Merlot and Viognier kits. They've been in bottles for 8 months.
The color and clarity is dynamite. They taste good... but that's it... just ok. Nothing spectacular.
Can I expect to get more out of these wines...
My WE VR Viognier seems to be stuck. Its been in secondary fermentation for 13 days and has not dropped past 1.002. I checked it at day 7 it was 1.002. I stirred it a bit to get O2 in but that did nothing. Temp has been in low to mid 70s.
Whats next?

I used the whip on the drill. Then I did it by hand and got more bubbles than with the drill. (Side to side beating motion).
How do I get the gas out without getting O2 in?
