Morning all,
I have one gallon of Concord juice mixed with
1/2 tsp Lalvin 1116, added 2 oz of raisins.
2 cups organic sugar.
Its been sitting in a temp controlled wine room(72 F) for 2 days now with no activity.
I did not rehydrate the yeast(i never do)just incase anyone ask.
What can i do...
