    I’ve seen various posts where people were asking about methanol being produced in wine fermentation, asking was it safe. Can anyone explain to me what that is all about?     First racking

    racked my Concord today. Very tasty. The sg was 1.030 today. Currently just over 12 %. Bubbles slowed way down so it may finish at 1.010-1.020 but that’s. OK, it taste good!
