    water hey. it was plain water that was in the airlock. that is why i am worried. becuase it must have taken on some bacteria in the garage in the two weeks? i added a 1/4 tsp of potasium metasulphite to the wine before i bottled it..\ will the potasium metasulphite kill any bacteria...

    hey, i bought a wine making kit and u can use it to make beer too. can anyone suggest a kit to make a beer that would be similar to coors light? also how long does this beer last? something that can be kept for months? new to it all.

    wine making question

    my friend asked me to ask this question as he does not have internet access. he is making a batch of grand cru wine from the kit. the fermentation temperature is supposed to be 70-82 degrees. he is only able to keep his at 67-70 degrees for fermentation. will this do anything with the wine?
