    I put wines up in half gallon jugs. I put a label on the cap and larger ones on the case of 6 bottles.. Strictly utilitarian!

    What are you making and what have you made ???

    What is your favorite kit?

    Cru International Ontario Sauvignon Blanc aged at least 7 months is Mrs Favorite. Grand Cru's Vieux Chateau du Roi is my favorite after 2 years aging. Have made several of their Cabernet Sauvignon with great results. Have some Mosti Mondale 6 gallon juice kits aging. Time will tell. In 10...

    Bentonite: I empty the packet into my motar & pestle, grind it fine and add slowly to hot water being stirred with a hand mixer. A helper is required.
