No details from the company directly. My retailer told me that it was communicate to them last week. Brand names would remain the same but with different sizes.

    RJ's Spagnols imitate Global

It seems that RJ's Spagnols announced last week that they will take the same path as Global (WinEx, Vineco) did last year, that they will also downsized theirs kits. So 18lt becoming 14lt, 16 lt Cru Select becoming 12 lt, etc

What is your favorite Wine Kit and why?

Have been in this hobby for only five years now, but it's been quite rewarding. My two favorites were probably a Meglioli Amarone made in my first year and a Sauvignon Blanc made from a fresh Australian juice from MM last summer. The Amarone aged in bottles after 4 years was remarkable. Note...

Mosti Mondiale All Juice White Zinfandel Blanc

Hello Lori, I guess Mosti Mondiale call their All Juice the same name as for their 10lt Vinifera (which I made some years ago before turning to their fresh bucket). The Zinfandel White is a rosé! Hope it is what you're expecting.

    Mosti Mondiale Meglioli Pinotage

Some Meglioli kits from MM come with their bag of grape skins, but not all of them. As per their 2019 brochure, the Pinotage kit doesn't have it. Are they expensive kits? Yes! Are they worth the cost? From my past experiences with Meglioli, yes! But you must be patient.

    Other Master Vintner Kits?

Love the name 'Master Vintner', but we don’t have this product available up north here (Canada). I am a fan of the Original All Juice from Mosti Mondiale (23 L), they do not have any bentonite in their kits either. Are there any other manufacturer that do not have bentonite in their kits? As...

    6 gallon concentrate to 6 1-gallon batches

Maybe jm you can start also with a one gallon kit. If you live in the States look at Northern Brewer, they have their own small kits. If you're in Canada, my kits retailers in Montreal told me a few weeks ago that Mosti Mondiale came out with a few of them recently.

    Other Premium kit

Was wandering lately why did we have to add water to premium kits? :ft I did asked the question to my local WineExpert retailer, he had no clue as to why we should add water to their's (and RQ's premium kits also), Limited Edition or high end products. I heard Mosti Mondiale have a limited...

Other Does it make sense to buy kits a certain time of year?

Very interesting point bring up by Globalnavigator. I guess it's not very important with most of the kits whom are made of concentrated juices. With the pasteurisation process (and the high temperatures achieved), time of harvest should not be relevant. Must be different though with fresh...

    Other Sangiovese kit recommendations?

Hello Sacharomyces, Don't know about the Il Toscano from Mosti Mondiale, but I had good succes (as per my own taste and comments from friends), with their 23lt All Juice Sangiovese sterile must. If I remember well, MM did change some of their appellations last year. Their current Il Toscano...

    Your Favorite Wine Kit Manufacture

Since I've been introduce to winemaking by someone using fresh juice pals, I've been working with Mosti Mondiale only for the last four years. IN addition to their fresh juice, I have also tried their sterile must (All Juice). Very satisfying so far.

    Mosti Mondiale MONDIALE FRESCO Kit

Comparing to other kits (WE etc), how difficult are they and how is the end result? Personnaly I find it more easy to do, no water to add neither the yeast. May I suggest to add some potassium sorbate at the end. Let them aged -specially the reds- you will be reward.

Anyone making Chilean wine and what kind?

Hi Johnd, By M&M do you mean Mosti Mondiale? It's funny that you have the varieties you wrote on your post. At my LHBS here in Montréal (which is near the plant of Mosti), we have no Cab Franc and Pinot Noir, but we have access to two type of Chardonnay. ( Just got an email from M & M...
