I had once found a thread / post about someone modifying their floor corker with a electric or air activated lever to press the cork in, instead of doing it manually. Anyone have the info? I have a few extra floor corkers at home and may try to automate one. thanks.

I just did my first batch of DB - I used Presidents Choice 4 berry blend. Strawberries, Blueberries, Blackberries and Rasberries. I didn't use lemon as it said for a more supple blush not to use it. for my Enzynes, Tannin and Yeast Energizer and Nutrients, I used a premix bag from Vintners...

That's better. Quite the difference in price from US to Canada. I know our $ sucks in Canada but not that bad.

Check KIJIJI in your area for wine equipment and you will find most of that at around $100 or so. That kit is expensive.
