You can use beer bottles for some of your wine. We do about a case out of every batch of white wine in 12oz beer bottles for weekly sampling. This makes it easier to let the rest of our wines stay in the cellar.:eek:
If you use strait Nitrogen and set it at 10 PSI you will not have perceivable carbonation when using beer gas (25/75 Co2/Nitrogen) you have to ran about 30 psi to get proper head.
If your wife likes wine that is only a little sweat try a leapframil if she likes medium sweet try a gewürztraminer and if she likes very sweet try an Ice wine there are kits for all three.
