    Beaverdale kits bland after 4 weeks bottled?

    Great INFO from Scooter68, all I can add about my first kit 12 years ago is must bottles were opened way to early and the last of the 30 bottles was way better than the first. Be patient it will take a year or more. Make whites for early drinking.

    It is hard to believe years ago when I started this hobby and was purchasing my first equipment I was asked "do you want a spare hydrometer". I can remember like it was today I said "I can only use one at a time why would I want a two?" You can learn something new every day.

    My cellar is "total wine" planing, testing, production, and storage (behind the lock door). My wife can do anything she wants with the seven rooms above but this subterranean space is mine.
