    Does honey draw juices out

    Does honey draw the juices out of fruit like sugar does when applied and let set for a day. I know in medical info it is said raw honey was used on wounds to draw out liquid and heal.

    Bottled spring water, bottled filter water, or Berkey filtered water. We have this filter very nice. It filters out metals chemicals. Your supposed to be able to take stream water be able to drink. (Havent tryed). Great ..takes out 95% nitrates. So saying which water best for wine and mead making.

    I have switched to one step use it in air locks seem stuff keeps growing in them yuck. Anyhow read somewhere people use vodka instead. Is this a good idea?

    I did an experiment with rooting celery bought from grocery store planted well it worked they have an enormous amount of leaves. I will give to rabbits they love it. Anyone ever make wine. They are strong flavor. I could dry some for soups.
