    I have been making Dragon's Blood with Lalvin 1118. I have made some home winery fruit concentrates. They sent me Premier Cuvee to use. I like it better because the lees are much more compacted. Would this work well for Dragon's Blood? Will there be any flavor change?

    Refrigerating Additives

    I did search and only found k meta mentioned. I know yeast should be referigerated. What else should be or shouldn't be. I have a gallon zip lock bag of bottles of additive, mostly from making Dragon's Blood. K meta Sorbate Sparkaloid Tannin Acid blend etc.
