This is actually a small bottle . 8 ounces. I just looked at the website again. They didn’t seem to have the grapefruit in stock but I am using a picture of a watermelon they have in. Stock. The entire bottle doses a 5-6 gallon carboy. The purée is fairly clear to start with. So I hope it works!

There isn’t much oil in the powdered PB. Only a gram or so in a serving. I put a little of the powdered goodness in a glass of wine and stirred it in .. Taste great. Wine went cloudy of course. Lol

Beautiful color for a watermelon wine. I have some watermelon in secondary now. I had added strawberries to the ferment but that wasn’t enough of a color pop. My wine is now a pale pale pink. But the taste is there. So I can work with it. Next time I will look into the hibiscus.. loving the...

I’m trying to learn the labeling laws myself. We are in the process of starting a winery. Awaiting TTB permits at present. Our winery/vineyard is not in an AVA. I believe there are regulations about providing where bottling occurs.. etc. I need to read that over again.
