    check temperature what is the temp. of your must? If it cooled down to far that will stop your fermenting also.

    tart / tannin grape wine

    I am going to sweeten the wine some. I think I'll refrigerate it first then,and go from there. I still have a lot of time.I've got three other batches of different wine going also but there from kits not fresh fruit. Thank You Wade and Luc.

    tart / tannin grape wine

    Iv'e got some concord grape wine that is three months old and has a tart and tannin taste. the wine is done fermenting, will this go away in time or is there something I should do like refrigerate for three weeks? It smells great ,clear,but taste-----not to good.

    little clouds

    clouds Thank you Luc, I'm a beginner and learning.I hate to see 6 gallons go to waste. The wine doesn't smell bad so that to is a good sign. This was the first time I pre started the yeast. I thought maybe that had something to do with it.

    After racking my cranberry wine for the first time I've got small little white clouds in the wine that float to the top and some settle to the bottom. Is this something to be concerned about? What do I do?
