Seems here on the gulf coast we're limited to grape varieties because of a gall inherit to the gulf area. There are only about 8 or 10 vines that are useable. Would love to get some chambercin about now. Oh well I can dream.

Just got of the phone with Welch's... its true grape concetrate is gone. Its a sad day!!!

In the Fl panhandle there is no concentrate at any of the walmarts . I found 5 of old orchard in target . That was all in my reigon , even looked at a discount food store, nada. I had to use the regular juice to make 10 gl. of grape.

ta on 10gal fermenter is .60. ta on 5gal .50 As far as ph I only have strips but they are 4.0 on both

Did you find a source for bottles? Also if you hit yard sales you may find carboys, they are kind of rare but have seen some.

I don't know if there are any vineyards close but, you may ask them if they have any bottles . If they have tastings, I don't think they can reuse them . check the Kentucky Vineyard Society website for a local winery.

my son was workin at the fire house one day when one of the volenteers came in and told them they couldn't find a socket, the 2/4 one was missing. they told him they would order a new one. they never did find the missing 2/4 though.
