    Primary fermenter bucket?

Awesome! Now I can use it for my 6 gallon kit and make 10 gallon batches of skeeter pee! :)

    Primary fermenter bucket?

Hi I want to ferment a 6 gallon kit and I have a 12 gallon bucket, is this too much space in risk of oxidation or will this be ok?

Cellar Craft Bought my first kit :D

I chose a kit with a lot of juice 18l, and a high quality one!

    Degassing on a budget

I used mine right away, it's just the lubricant on the handpump, my wine turned out great and no poison yet :p

Go big or go home... Right?

Yeah it sounds like the liner is definitely the best way to bulk batches of wine

This is downright crazy. Could it be true?

Yeah that's what I would do, and you can just leave one with a screw cap and cork the rest!

Go big or go home... Right?

Very interesting! If only I had the space for a 32 gallon bucket...

Holy cow way miscalculation, I'm sorry. For some reason was thinking 1/4 tsp per gallon instead of per 5 I'm sorry!

This is downright crazy. Could it be true?

Haha nice! Why don't you just use wine bottles and cork them now?
  12. J

Go big or go home... Right?

Yeah I'm sure your right deezil, but I just don't have the space for that big of a batch right now!

Go big or go home... Right?

oh man, that would be so heartbreaking. You'd have to really master your wine on the small batches before feeling comfortable to bulking 32 gallons!

This is downright crazy. Could it be true?

Are you going to age it in the bottles then?
  15. J

Go big or go home... Right?

Yeah Im not ready to do the 32 gallon primary yet, it'll be some time before I have that kind of space.

For welchs wine lavlin Ec-1118 works great, I've made wine out of red star dry yeast and it was disgusting, just my experience with yeast.

    My wine area

Nice! Lol I like how the tiny carboy is full in picture 2 and in picture 3 it looks like 1 or 2 glasses had been drank! Really like the setup and those boxes are awesome!

D: I agree with Julie, you should really get down the basics first then try making your wine, invest in lavlin ec-1118 yeast
