    Chokecherry wine

Did you end up destemming? I am interested in trying this one out but I'm from the desert and have no experience with chokecherries.

    Mojito Skeeter anyone?

Got a cranberry/orange going in secondary. Seems to be still fermenting? Bubbling, already added sorbate, do I add more or let it sit?

    Mesquite Bean Wine

You should be fine, I have always done all sugar up front. Never had a recipe that added a week in. But I'm also not an expert haha Sent from my iPhone using Wine Making

    Mesquite Bean Wine

What was SG at? The higher it is, the higher your ABV will be. I've made a few very potent ones before, it happens I think my first mesquite was 16% haha Sent from my iPhone using Wine Making

Absolutely! As long as there are people in your area that have it! I've only found like 2 postings for any type of winemaking stuff here in Tucson lol

    Prickly Pear Cactus Wine

I just print them at home, inkjet printer & photo paper. I use Elmer's spray adhesive to keep them on. I also spray modge podge acrylic sealer on labels before I cut them out so the color stays put when wet.
