    I made this kit 1 year ago. I added 9 cups of sugar and got a reading of 1.078 SG. Followed all the steps as instructed and added the whole flavor pack at the end. Everyone loves this wine and my sister told me not to forget the recipe. Ha!Ha! I plan to make this one again next year. Mary Lou

    July & August 2015 Wine of the Month

    I racked my gooseberry wine today. It is beautifully clear. I had a small taste and the gooseberry taste is really strong. I think perhaps I should have used less fruit or made a bigger batch. Will see what I have after a year. I may have to blend it with another wine. Mary Lou
