    what i did is mash berries made a must and then poured into paint strainer. then transferred to fine strain bag and let sit in must for 5 days until i moved to secondary seemed to work well we will see how it turns out

    Ok I have a very dry strawberry wine. It has not cleared like i would like it and needs to be sweetened. i will be sweetening with a concentrate. should i wait to add fining agents after i have sweetened or fine now and sweeten later????

    so i just made a strawberry wine that turned out very dry so i am wondering the best method to sweeten. i do not like artificial sweeteners so am wondering if the non sugar wine sweeteners will taste as good as using real sugar. not sure what is the best easiest way.
