    5 gals instead of 6

    I wouldnt worry too much. The German lady at our LHB store makes all her kits with only 5 gals instead 6 and has won many medals at local contests. I would think that as long as the starting SG was where you wanted it ,it will be fine.

    We checked theacid today and it was around .525% Temp is at 72-73* and now its bubbling away. I can sleep easier now.... Mrs chevy went to pick up some supplies for our test kit and came home with a whole new tester for us that works like a charm!!!!!!
