We've got an early spring here so far. Everything is 2 to 3 weeks earlier. Hopefully this makes up for last year where it was the coldest spring on record, and everything was 3 to 4 weeks late. Harvest was pathetic.

Vitality Foodservice Canada. That's who Nestle bought, and CC was part of Vitality. It's sad to see them leave the province. I'm not sure they will continue to source those grapes, but possibly RJS could get a few really good employees out of the move, as well as Winexpert.

I've used a heat gun, as well as the boiling water method. The heat gun is easier, but I get best results from boiling water. Steam didn't do much for me, and is far more dangerous than a boiling water dip. There are MANY ways to skin this cat.

The winery series comes with Labels? I thought only the EP come with labels. No others in the RJS lineup come with labels other than RQs and sometimes limited run dessert wines.

Nice numbers Mike! I wish we had a harvest even close to that. I'm sticking with whites this year from my region. I can't take all the veggie tastes that are going to hit my reds HARD this year. Might as well make "green pepper" wine!

Biolees and Surlee will work well in Whites, however, in reds, they promote a bacony mouthfeel and taste. Summary: Good for whites, bad for reds in kits.
