Accidentally put beer brite in secondary

Help! I can't find much info on beer bright so I don't know if this batch is lost. In between rackings I accidentally added five 1/4 tsp scoops (1 AND 1/4 TSP) of beer brite instead of Kmeta to a 5 gallon batch. Is this lost or can I salvage it. TIA.

    plum wine question

I would sanitize another bucket and paint straining bag. Transfer the mixture over to the new bucket lined with the bag and contain all that plummy goodness while letting the liquid drain out into the bucket. Get those seed outta there before they impart and "off taste"

Just picked up my Chilean Syrah and it looks like the wild yeast have already gotten started. My local shop was out of Kmeta so how may crushed Campden tablets would I need to get a 6 gallon batch under control before I pitch my selected yeast?

    Cigars and Wine

Depends on the wine. Some full bodied cigars will mute the flavors of the wine. If it's a big bold cab I'll usually reach for a spicy Opus X! I just paired my peach passionfruit wine with a creamy A. Fuente Chateau natural and it was a match made in heaven!

    Hello from Raleigh, NC

I've done a blackberry, an awesome plum, and just finished up with a couple batches of peach. One is peach passion fruit and mighty fine if I say so myself. The current on in the primary is a strawberry zin kit. I'm still learning a lot. Thanks for the warm welcome.
