    My F-pac not mixing well on CC Cab Franc Ice Wine Kit, when I racked it today I noticed a thick clear syrup at the bottom of the carboy. Is there a way to fix this?

    How long does K-meta last?

    How long does K-meta last? I have some that's over a year old. When I shake and smell the bottle I can smell the sulphur but its not very strong. Can this still be used for stabilizing? (I have some more on order)

    3-piece airlock, slowly leaking, any ideas?

    3-piece airlock, slowly leaking, any ideas? On one of my airlocks, its slowly leaking k-meta solution, every week or so, its lost half its liquid and I have to fill it back up to the line. Does anyone else have this problem? Any ideas? Will this affect the wine?

    Adding Beer Priming sugar (which is just fine corn sugar, used to carbonate the beer) to wine, will it work to make sparkling wine?
