    I see they have the new rewards for the Passport http://www.missouriwine.org/passport-program-2013/ Plus they made it made it much harder to cheat. No I did not cheat but I understand that it was a problem.

    Port - Zork vs tasting cork?

    I would 95% of the Ports I have bought have normal corks. That said it is your wine do what you like. For gifts I think the idea of tasting corks and wax is fine. Most the people you give them to will not be keeping them for years before drinking it.

    So any place I can order some Maurivin B? GW Kent has a $50 min order. Cant find $25 more to spend there. The Vintner Vault will not let me ship order for some reason pickup only. Someone close by want to pick it up and ship it to me?

    I had planed on cold stabilizing my last batch but my wife had other plans. She really likes it and so does the people she gave it away to. It is to high in acid in my opion. What about the answer to my question about the ethanol.

    I can make it on the 14th since I will be in MO over the weeked. If you allow us Minnesota part time MO people to come. I will eat either burger or brat or what ever else you have. I can bring something as long as I can buy it and do not have to make it.

    Harvesting early and adding sugar. Your thoughts please.

    If your choise is pick or lose grape I would pick. But like others said they are not ripe so tast may be different. I had a Concord that a place made this way. They called it an early harvest. It did not taste like any other Concord I have ever had.

    Well I had 2 6 gal primaries so I did one with 71B the other with MT. Pressed it off the skins today and put in one 5 gal carboy. It was late so no real data on TA differance fromt he two.     OK I have my Norton grapes. Vineyard said Brix 26. I pressed a small sample and got an SG of 1.100 and a TA of 9g/L no PH reading yet. I was thinking of using 71B-1122 to drop the malic acid.
