    Get the taste were you want it and add some water but be careful as adding to much will Dilute your wine.

    My blue berry is full bodied and very blueberry LOL I received a bronze medal in the wine maker mag wine competition in Boston in 2002. But you need to go by your SG wine making it as I don't like adding much sugar to mine if I can get close to what I am striving for with out adding any .

    I have never degassed any of my wine and have never had a problem with the corks popping out. But I do let mine sit for a year or so.

    Well I make this as a base I use corn sugar, nutrient, yeast that's it when it is done I run through a carbon snake and walla it's done. And I don't think it tastes bad at all pretty good in my opinion. And like was said above you can use cool aid for a cheap and fast wine. So I think it is...

    Topping up with juice

    Well I will probably get yelled at but I don't think it matters if your wine has already fermented. I think you have to be careful of the ones with preservatives in them if you plan on fermenting the juice. But if it is done and you are just topping up and in the aging stage it soul not matter...
