    County fruit cocktail recipe found

A week or so ago I posted about tasting some "wine" made from fruit cocktail while out on the farm with some guys (one who works for me). Well I found out today how the guy makes it and figured I would post what he said he does. This is definitely not as refined as what many of you make, but...

    Racking ?

I have 2 gallons of welch's I started on the 1st of the month. I used lalvin V1116. I initially had them under the napkin and rubber band for 4 days then put an airlock on. They have been under airlock for around 10 days now and SG is about 0.993. The wine has cleared and there is about 1/8...

    Advice--Make one gallon of?

I have a two gallons of Welch's going now but have a 1 gallon jug sitting empty and might as well go with something. What is not too hard for a beginner that I could try, other than a concentrate. There is a farmer's market nearby with some really large, sweet blackberries so that is an option.

New guy with a few questions

Hi all, I just started my first two gallons of wine today using Welch's 100% Concord concentrate cans for one and Welch's 100% white grape and raspberry cans in the other. I never thought about making wine until I was at a friends a few weeks ago and had the fortune of drinking some excellent...
