    Im kinda new and never have i made watermelon wine but having that in mind here goes. What about juicing the watermelon meat and then reducing it by 25%-50% might that evaporate a lot of the water and leave more flavor?

    thx Lon i did notice that with a lil sugar it brings out the lemon a lot more and i saw on your webpage the lemon in the bottles looks great also. Im hoping my 1 gallon batch is done next weak not gonna bother clearing it really.
