Yeah a friend of ours owns Yellow House Winery in Defiance,Mo which we highly recommend said the birds where so bad he had no FREE grapes for his customers to pick last season. We only have about 3 doz vines here at the house but no bird problems yet.... Mike

We live somewhat close to Hermann and Augusta,Mo where alot of Mo,s wine are produced and these guys seem to be pretty tight lipped about their plants and anything else I've questioned the workers about ??? Never tried to get clippings but will next trip there.. Have you talked to anyone there...

Been There The wife and I were there 2 yrs ago on the wine trail and it's around 25 miles of some great wineries and beautiful scenery,If anyone ever gets the chance we highly recommend the drive. Make sure your motel is close if you plan to "Taste" any of the local goodies. Mike & Cindy

Our watering system We have buried 5/8" soaker hose at the base of all our plants and water 2hrs every other day in these 100* days in Missouri and it has worked great for the last 6 yrs. Mike
