    RJ Spagnols Started new kit today

    I just finished pitching the yeast on a RJ grand cru international cab sauv kit with grape skins. The must was right on the money and the grape skin pack smelled OUTSTANDING! If this finishes half as good as the aromas, must and grape skins, I think I'll be making more of this one! :r

    Primary fermentation underway...

    Hello, great forum here! New guy from NJ

    Hello to all! I finally took the plunge today and started my 1st batch of wine. Trying to ease my way in, I opted to go the pre pressed juice route to get my feet wet. We'll see how it goes. It seems to be as fun to make as to drink so far!
