WineXpert Vintage Reserve - Merot Secondary Fermentation

Hi all, Just want to make sure I am doing this correct since this is my first wine. I am in day 7 of 10 of my secondary fermentation. It appears my wine has stopped bubbling and I am not getting any more activity in my airlock. Is this normal? Mike

    Cork Sizes

    I have a question. I have puchases 750ML bottles and was wondering what size corks to use. I see 3 different sizes: 7 8 - 1 3/4 9 - 1 1/2 I am assuming the default cork is 8 - 1 3/4. What are the other sizes for? Mike

    WineXpert Wine Color

I am making a Vintners Reserve Merlot and I just got to Stage 2 fermenting where I transfered the wine to the carboy. I noticed that the wine color is a bright redish color and not the red/purple wine color. Is this correct? This is my first kit so I am new to all this. Mike
