How does one go about completing the COLA for an imported juice (Italian, Chilean). Lets say Barolo juice from Italy. Do you list this as an Import since the juice was imported or a Domestic since it was fermented in the U.S.? Do you list the grapes and what Appellation is used?

Picking up my Chilean juice today at Consumer's Produce in the Strip District today. 24 gallons of Carmenere and 24 gallons of Syrah. Will be using RC-212 yeast and oaking with Medium American Oak. MLF will be started toward the end of fermentation.

I ordered one of these to hopefully keep some of the shepherd hair under control on our first floor hardwoods. We vacuum about every 2-3 days and it could really probably use it every day. Hoping this reduces the need for full vacuuming so often. Any one have one or had any experience with them?
