Hey wjf, Just wondering what your initial sg was. I just started this kit and forgot to take the sg reading until just after, about 5 mins after i pitched the yeast, it was 1.072 Wondering if that makes any difference?? Oh and if its any where near as good as the 12 l. amarone...
