I made both of them. They fermented out at .990 so they are about 14%. They taste excellent even at the higher alcohol content. The way my company drinks the stuff I will need more by the end of August :-) Bob

I have made both kits and found them excellent. I used EC1118 yeast and super kleer in the ones I made and they were ready to bottle in around 20 days.

I have made only about 20 kits, so I'm fairly new to this compaired to some. This is what I do, I ferment 5 days with a loose fitting top then I place a sealed top on fermenter with airlock. Usually fermentation to .994 or so takes 8 to 10 days. I also use brew belt. This works for me. Bob

I get my RJS kits from Winning Wines Plus. There are 4 in Edmonton. As Red Deer is 1 1/2 hrs from Edmonton, I have no need to go there unless I could get a super deal. Bob

I have 2 GCI kits in the bottle ,a Gwerts and Aust. Cab, they are 6 & 8 months old and they seem like they will be excellent. I tried a 375 bottle of Gwertz on sunday and it was wonderfull. Bob

It's $3.00 for used with the labels on. The green and brown are $5.00 used with labels on. All come in the box and they are all the same type/name.. Bob
