    Great! I like cider too but not as much as merlots. You should try making your own recipe. It takes time but it's worth it in the end. Right now I'm into making wines NOT made of grapes. I'm experimenting with rice and some herbs. Have you tried tasting this kind before? :br

    Hi Joseph, What did you mean when you said "you just bottled it"? If it's that old, perhaps you can try and enjoy it now? Wines don't really improve that much (I think) over the years. Yeast have a time frame of when they stop fermenting. Simon
