    2 Yr old wine kit

I've not made any wine in a couple of years and I have a Sauvignon Blanc wine kit dated feb2018. It's not been out of the box it was shipped in and for the last year it has sat in my garage. My question is, is it still good and will it not be a waste of time to make it? Thank you

    RJ Spagnols 3 kits~Same issue

I think I may have over cooked these kits. They are: Cru Select Italian Amarone, Cru Select Italian Pinot Grigio, and Cru Classic Valpolicella. They all started out with a S.G. close to 1.1. on 4 Aug 10. I had put a brew belt on the primaries to keep the temp up ( may have been a mistake)...

    Dimple on top of cork

I just bottled my first batch. I used a hand corker and it worked well, but it put a dimple in the top of the cork. Is this normal? Will it come out? Is there a way of doing away with it? My thought was to put a penny on top of the cork when I push down, but will it push the cork too far down...
