    I've been looking at several wine recipies, and most don't increase the yeast when the size of the batch is increased. I am making a 15 gallon batch of blackberry/raspberry. Do I need to increase the yeast? or will one pack be ok? Also, I'm planning on letting that mix sit in a 10 gallon...
