How long have they been fermenting? Just curious, cause I have some and its been going for about 6 mo. and it's still a nice red in one of the clear jugs, the others I can not see (Brown jugs).

Man that looks very nice! I'm about to bottle some wild muscadine. I followed some of the tips you give me. So , if I took some cuttings from some of the wild vines it would be a good idea to get some self pollinators to go with them?

I put my 5 cambden tablets in yesterday so i could get ready to bottle. Crushed and added and it started fizzing out the top. Any reason why? Did it for about a min or two and quit. Never noticed it happening before.:a1

Yep 6 gal. I was trying to keep from buying carboys...there too high.:slp

Any suggestions on what to use to top off ? I guessing by the time I rack it it's gonna be about a gallon short. It has a lot of settlement on bottom.:?
