    What will happen if the brew belt is left on longer than the recommended eight days or the SG goes below 1.010? I'm at 1.020 and on the eighth day now.

    Hey all. I'm getting ready to make an Fpac for my plum and was wondering if the fpac can be stored until ready to use or do I have to use it right away? If it can be stored am I supposed to freeze it?

    Hi guys and gals. I'm attempting to make some plum wine. It seems to be doing quite well so far but after sitting back and reading a lot of posts, I have learned that once you have racked to secondary then you need very little head room. I only have about 2 1/2 gallons in a 6 1/2 gallon carboy...
