Other Finer Wine Kits new process white wines

@Matteo_Lahm Color is awesome! Wife says it is a "Winner" and thinks with a couple months age it will be her new favorite. edit....she just took another swig and said "yeah, this wine could be dangerous" 😂😂😂😂

Nope, no issue at all. I just did a second dosing of a Riesling. It all settles out anyway

Yes, I did two Rieslings kits. One I added the conditioner at clearing and the other I am waiting to add at bottling. The one with conditioner added is not clearing very well, and I'll likely hit it again with K/C. But the one without is clearing nicely. I just don't see any reason to add it...

I have found it best to NOT add the wine conditioner at the clearing stage as the instructions state, but to add it at bottling time. It seems to slow the clearing process IME

    Finer Wine Kits

It's called an insurance and liability policy.. without it people could claim defaulty product when it was simply user error. An if someone were to mishandle it and get sick, it's an insurance policy.

    WineXpert WIneXpert Riesling

    Other FWK Primary Fermenter

For me, I agree completely! White wine kits = no kit taste Red wine kits (other than FWK) = kit taste Now, some on this forum say they have never tasted "kit taste", I however do on most kits that are not FWK. I will share this with you as a validation on how much I find the FWK red kits to be...

    Other FWK Primary Fermenter

@vtoddw I guarantee you that if you were to try a FWK, you would absolutely change your mind. I was about to stop using kits as well and only use frozen must, then FWK came along and totally changed my mind.

Other Super Tuscan Finer Wine Kit

I keep mine at room temp (69-72 F) on reds and have never had a bad ferment

Sealing in the primary (bucket) for the full 15 days ensures a complete ferment. I had one go all the way to .992 recently. It also allows skin contact for a longer period which really enhances the wine imo. In fact, I leave it sit in my bucket until day 30, for a little EM 😉. Personally, I...

My Riesling And Chardonnay are now 1 week into clearing and are already quite clear, I suspect they will be bottle ready within another week or two

So I am curious, has anyone submitted a FWK in any competitions yet? @Matteo_Lahm is offering a free kit to anyone who wins a medal with one of his products...

WineXpert Classic Chile Cabernet Sauvignon 8L

@vezePilot I would highly encourage you to try a FWK Tavola Cab, for the same price it produces a far superior wine IMO

RJ Spagnols RJS En Primeur Chilean Carménère

It makes you wonder if the kits are 100% Carmenere or a blend 🤷‍♂️
