Hi and thanks for reply. I tried to get rid of the white on top. Then I racked it to another carbooy. I added tiny bit of sulphites. Then I ran everything through a wine filter to another carboy. At the end the wine is still very cloudy. I tasted it and it tastes very good but I feel like a lot...
