Just bottled this kit a couple weeks ago and everyone who has tried it, loves it. It is a very nice wine. I followed the instructions with no tweaks since it was my first kit.

I like any kind of wine dry, off dry, sweet. However with the hot summer days coming up (in Texas) I figured I would start with sweet. And all of my family prefer sweet :h
