I can probably pick another kg or more of elderberries and buy more plums. I'm just unsure how much i actually need. The bottles are 1L of pure red grape juice not from concentrate.

I stumbled across what i think to be a plum tree! I'm going to pick some this week at some point!
Was wondering if anyone has a recipe as im struggling to find an interesting recipe for a gallon or 2? Has anyome made plum wine? How would I go about it?

Yeah it's finished fermenting. Just want to try and salvage the horrible taste by putting juice in. So if I add juice do I add k meta and then bottle? Can I add a Campden tablet? Is that the same sort of thing?

My first kit I made a belvino. It's nasty.
Plain and simple. Could i now add 100%grape juice to the bucket its in to make it taste better?

As for the wine im making now.. ive heated it up to 26 degrees and poured it from tub to tub as thats how the instruction said to do it. And it's still fizzy!
