Ok this might be a stupid question but why Rack wine 2 and 3 times? That's just removing the sediment at the bottom essentially and allowing the wine to clear.. wouldnt the sediment stay at the bottom either way? Thanks

I got it to somewhat restart but it quickly quit again.. no idea what to do at this piont.. it did get to about 1.00 but that is way too low to be anything but juice.

Complete in 3 days? I did just notice the recipient called for 1 of everything and I was supposed to add more per gallon,which I didnt.. the recipient was for 1 gallon.. I was supposed to do 4 times more of the things on the recipie..think I should do that now after 3 days?
